You add credits on the Account page; each finished piece is taken from your balance. A job that fails is never charged. Credits you paid for do not expire and can be refunded on request within 30 days of the deposit if unused; bonus credits last 12 months and can’t be refunded. If a run stops because you’re out of credits, add some and your work carries on from where you left off.

Restylez only works on designs and pictures you own — a template you bought or got free within its license, your own work, or your own photographs. Any tool you upload something into asks you to confirm that, with a “mine to use” box you have to tick. Our own house logos and looks need no tick — they are ours to lend. It never copies someone else’s design.

Yes. New design, Remake and Slide deck each have an “Art direction” box under the look. Say how the piece should differ from the sample: swap the objects, no people, use my photo, more white space, darker, bigger headline. Quick choices drop ready sentences in. Art direction changes the pictures and the feel only; your words stay exactly as you typed them. It is saved with the design, so the Editor’s fix rounds and extra sizes keep it.

When you ask for a fix, only the thing you named changes. The rest of the design — every word, picture, color and position — stays exactly as it was.

Designs and looks: JPG, PNG or a screenshot. Slide deck: PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF or Word (.docx), or just a topic. New design words: PDF, Word, PowerPoint or text file. PowerPoint: .pptx only (save an old .ppt as .pptx first). Downloads are PNG, print PDF, deck PDF and .pptx.

A remake or a fix: about a minute. Each extra size: one to three minutes. A whole slide deck: about 10–15 minutes. Four logo samples: a minute or two each, drawn at full quality.

Yes — three monthly plans, and Free. Professional design without a designer. No templates. Free gives you 30 samples a month, and you pay only for what you keep — $1.20 for a web design, $3 for a print design. Creator ($19/month): 150 samples and 25 designs to keep a month. Pro ($49/month): 400 samples and 80 designs to keep a month. Business ($99/month): 800 samples and 150 designs to keep a month. Past a plan’s amounts, extras are the normal per-piece price. Free samples start again on the 1st of each month; a plan’s month starts again on the day it renews. Plans renew automatically each month. Choose, change or cancel on your Account page — a canceled plan keeps working to the end of the month you paid for. Pay as you go — on a monthly plan the Design Studio keeps, sizes and change rounds are included up to the plan’s amounts. Keep a web design $1.20 (120 credits), a print design $3 (300 credits). Small piece (post, business card, postcard) $1.20 (120 credits). Print piece (flyer, half-letter) $3 (300 credits). Build from a bought template $4 (400 credits). Extra size $1 (100 credits). Extra fix round $0.08 (8 credits) after the free one — that is what the redraw costs us, with nothing on top. A change to a chosen preview before it is made: $1 (100 credits). In your Library, on your account — so it is there on any device you sign in on, not just the one you made it on. Anything made before you signed in is kept on that browser only, and is marked "on this device" in the Library so you know which is which. You can download anything at any time.
