This page explains what Restylez collects, why, and what we do with it — in plain language. Restylez is operated by Restylez.app.

What we collect

Your account: name, email, and a securely hashed password (we never see the password itself).
Your work: the designs, documents, logos and reference images you upload or paste, the instructions you give, and the pieces Restylez makes for you.
Photos of people: if you use a tool that makes new photos of you (Photo shoot), the photos of yourself, or of someone who agreed, that you upload for it.
Your brands: logos and colors you save, and the website address you pulled them from.
Payments: handled by Stripe, which is the seller of record for purchases made through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe receives your card, billing address and the details it needs to work out sales tax. We keep a record of what you bought, your plan and your balance; we never store card numbers.
Basic usage: which tools you use, when, and error reports — so we can fix what breaks.

How we use it

To make your pieces, save them to your Library, keep your balance and plan right, send you the emails the service needs (notices about your work and your account, and replies to your questions), answer support questions, and improve the service. That's it. We do not sell your information and we do not use your designs to advertise to anyone.

Who else handles it

fal (fal.ai): our main AI image provider. To make a piece, the pictures you upload or paste — including photos of people, if you upload them — and your instructions are sent to fal to be processed.
OpenAI: reads the pictures and words you give us to plan your design, and is our backup image provider when fal is not available, so the same content can be sent to OpenAI.
Stripe: payments, invoices and sales tax.
Resend: sends our emails, so it receives your email address and the email we send you.
Supabase and Vercel: store your account and files, and run the app.

These providers process your content only to produce your result or provide their service to us, and under their terms for business customers they do not use it to train their models. Your files are never shown to other Restylez users.

Where it lives

Your account and work are stored with Supabase (database and file storage) on servers in the United States, and the app runs on Vercel. All of it is encrypted in transit. Only you can see your rows and files — every table is locked to the signed-in owner.

How long we keep it

Pieces you keep stay in your Library until you delete them or close your account.
Deleted pieces go to the bin and are removed for good, with their files, 30 days later.
Photo shoot photos: the photos you upload for a shoot, and the new photos you did not keep, are deleted 30 days after the shoot began. You can delete them sooner, any time, with “Delete my photos” on your Account page. Photos you kept stay in your Library.
Pasted styles: a style you paste but don't save, or one you delete, is removed with its pictures after 30 days.
Design projects: the pictures you upload for a design, and the full-size samples made from them, are deleted when you throw the project away, or once the project has not been touched for 30 days. Designs you kept stay in your Library.
Your account: if you close it, we delete your work within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep a record (for example, of payments).

Cookies

We use one kind of cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

Your choices

Delete any design, brand or style from your Library at any time.
Close your account and we delete your work within 30 days.
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it: support@restylez.app.

Children

Restylez is for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and email account holders.
