Terms of Service

These are the plain-language rules for using Restylez. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Restylez.

1. What Restylez is

Restylez makes new designs — social posts, flyers, posters, business cards, postcards and more — in a style you show it, with your own words, and in every size you need. Logos and Photo shoot: coming soon: they are not part of the service yet, and nothing here sells them. It is a tool that works on your content and your references. It is not a stock library and it is not a place to copy other people's work.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the tools. Keep your password private; anything done from your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account.

3. Ownership — the one rule that matters most

You may only upload, paste or reference designs, images, logos, documents and photos that you own or have permission to use — a template you bought, your own work, your company's brand, or material you are licensed to adapt. When Restylez asks you to confirm ownership, you are promising this is true. Our full policy, including how we handle reports, is on the Copyright & ownership page.

If you upload something you don't have the right to use, that is on you, not on us. We may remove the work and close the account.

4. What you get, and what you own

The pieces Restylez makes for you are yours to use — print them, present them, post them, sell them to your own clients. We claim no ownership of your inputs or your outputs. You grant us only the limited permission we need to process your files and show your work back to you.

5. Paying for it

Restylez is free to try: a free account gets 30 watermarked samples a month. You pay only for the designs you keep, in one of two ways: pay as you go, from a balance you top up, at the price shown on the button before you press it; or a monthly plan (section 6), which includes a set number of designs each month. Prices are listed on your Account page. A job that fails is never charged. If a job comes back wrong, we will re-run it or put the money back. When the Account page says the product is in preview, no card is required.

6. Monthly plans

  • The plans. Creator ($19 a month), Pro ($49 a month) and Business ($99 a month). Each plan's card on the pricing page and your Account page lists exactly what it includes.
  • Monthly limits. Every plan, including Free, has monthly limits: a number of samples and a number of designs to keep. A paid plan's month runs from the day it renews; the Free month runs from the 1st. Unused amounts do not roll over. Past your samples, new samples stop until your month starts again; past your included designs, each extra one is the normal pay-as-you-go price, shown before you pay. There is also a daily limit on samples, so a shared login or a script can't use up the month in an hour.
  • Automatic renewal. A plan renews automatically every month and charges the card on file, until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time. Cancel on your Account page — no email or call needed. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. You can change your mind before then and keep it.
  • Changing plans. A move to a bigger plan starts right away, and the difference for the rest of the current month is charged then. A move to a smaller plan also starts right away, with no refund or credit for the current month.
  • Plan payments. Plan payments are not refunded for a month already started, except where the law requires it or a charge was made in error. If a renewal payment fails, the plan stops including designs until the card is updated.

7. Who you pay: Stripe

Payments are handled by Stripe. For purchases made through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe is the seller of record: Stripe takes the payment, and works out, collects and pays any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live. The price you see may have that tax added at checkout. Stripe's own terms also apply to the payment. We never see or store your full card number. You change your card from your Account page.

8. Your balance and refunds

  • Pay as you go: keeping a design, an extra size and a fix round after your first free one are paid from your balance. The price is on the button before you press it. Looking at samples, choosing between them, and walking away are free.
  • A change and a fix are each a full redraw at full quality, and are charged as such. A job that fails is never charged.
  • Your balance is spent only on Restylez work. It has no cash value and can't be transferred to another person or account.
  • Money you paid for does not expire.
  • Bonus money (the extra we add on some deposits) expires 12 months after it is granted. Bonus money is spent first, so it rarely goes to waste.
  • Money you paid for can be refunded on request within 30 days of the deposit, if it hasn't been used. Bonus money can't be refunded.
  • If you close your account, unused money you paid for within that 30-day window can be refunded on request; the rest is forfeited.

9. What we can't promise

Restylez uses AI image and text models. They are very good and occasionally wrong — a word can be misspelled, a color can drift. Always check a piece before you print or publish it. The service is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses that come from using it beyond the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

10. Things you may not do

  • Upload work you don't own or have rights to.
  • Upload photos of a person without their permission.
  • Make anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit.
  • Create fake logos, counterfeit brand material, or impersonate a person or company.
  • Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, share one paid account among many people, or resell access to it.

11. Ending things

You can close your account any time; cancel any monthly plan first on your Account page. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, we delete its work within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
